Björn Meyer

Björn Meyer is a German politician and member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Since 2022, he has served as a directly elected member of the Landtag of Lower Saxony, representing the Ammerland constituency. Prior to his legislative career, Meyer worked as a tax auditor for the Lower Saxony financial administration and served as a guest lecturer at the Lower Saxony Tax Academy. He is also active in local politics, serving as a member of the Apen municipal council and the Ammerland district council, where he holds the position of deputy district administrator. Meyer is married and resides in Augustfehn.
