Blanca Pacheco is an American attorney and politician currently serving as a member of the California State Assembly for the 64th district, representing communities including Downey, Norwalk, Whittier, and La Mirada. Before her election to the state legislature in 2022, she served on the Downey City Council and as the Mayor of Downey.
