Blerim Gashani

Blerim Gashani is a Kosovar politician currently serving as the Minister of Youth and Sports in the third cabinet of Prime Minister Albin Kurti. Born in Tërstenik, Drenas, he has built an extensive career in public administration, security, and international project management, having previously worked with organizations such as UNMIK, EULEX, and the UK-based NI-CO. Before his current ministerial appointment, he served as the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, where he held national coordinator roles for migration, anti-trafficking, and integrated border management. In addition to his political career, Gashani is an established journalist and author, having published numerous articles and two books on political and social issues in the region.
