Donika Gërvalla-Schwarz is a Kosovar politician currently serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Second Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo. Born in Skopje, she spent much of her early life in exile in Germany following the political persecution of her father, activist Jusuf Gërvalla. A law graduate from the University of Hamburg, she returned to Kosovo to enter national politics, eventually leading the Guxo party. She is known for her efforts to depoliticize the Foreign Ministry and improve the professional standards of Kosovo's diplomatic corps.
