Bob Godfrey

Bob Godfrey is an American politician serving as a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, where he represents the 110th District in Danbury. A long-serving legislator, he has held his seat for twelve terms and currently serves as the Deputy Speaker of the Connecticut General Assembly. Beyond his legislative duties, Godfrey has been a prominent leader within the Council of State Governments, serving as its National Chairman in 2011. An attorney by profession, he is a graduate of Fordham University and the University of Connecticut School of Law. His career also includes service in the United States Naval Reserve and on the Danbury Common Council.
