Bohdan Yaremenko is a Ukrainian diplomat and politician serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the 9th convocation. A graduate of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, he began his career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1993, later serving as Consul General in Edinburgh and Istanbul. He is the former chairman of the board of the Maidan of Foreign Affairs charitable foundation. In 2019, he was elected to the Verkhovna Rada representing the Servant of the People party. His tenure has been marked by his work on foreign policy and inter-parliamentary cooperation, as well as significant public controversy regarding his conduct during parliamentary sessions.
