Bong Rivera

Noel Nudo Rivera is a Filipino politician and businessman currently serving as the representative for the 3rd District of Tarlac in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, a position he has held since 2022. Prior to his election to the national legislature, he served as a barangay captain in San Francisco, Concepcion, Tarlac, and held the role of chairman and president of the Association of Barangay Captains.
