Borys Filatov is a Ukrainian politician, lawyer, journalist, and businessman currently serving as the Mayor of Dnipro. First elected in 2015, he has played a significant role in regional governance and infrastructure development, including overseeing major urban projects and providing support during the Russo-Ukrainian war. Before his mayoral tenure, he served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine from 2014 to 2015 and held the position of Deputy Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
