Boyce Makhosonke Maneli is a South African politician serving as a Member of the National Assembly since 2019. Currently the Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour, he previously chaired the Portfolio Committee on Communications. Maneli served as the Executive Mayor of the West Rand District Municipality from 2016 to 2019 and held regional leadership roles within the African National Congress. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development and Management and an Honours degree in Public Administration.
