Branislav Nedimović

Branislav Nedimović is a Serbian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Sremska Mitrovica, a position he assumed in August 2024. He previously held the same office from 2008 to 2016. Throughout his career, Nedimović has served in high-level national roles, including as the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy from 2016 to 2022 and as Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia from 2020 to 2022. A law graduate from the University of Novi Sad, he began his political career in the early 2000s and has been a prominent member of the Serbian Progressive Party since 2015. Beyond his political work, he is known for his active involvement in local sports, including serving as a vice president of the Football Association of Serbia.
