Brian Jeffrey Feldman is an American politician serving as a member of the Maryland Senate representing District 15. First sworn into the Maryland House of Delegates in 2003, he was appointed to the Maryland Senate in 2013 and has since been re-elected. A lawyer and certified public accountant by profession, Feldman has focused his legislative career on environmental policy, health care reform, and economic regulation. He currently serves as the chair of the Education, Energy, and the Environment Committee, where he has championed initiatives such as the Clean Energy Jobs Act and the legalization of adult-use cannabis in Maryland.
