Briana Sewell

Briana Sewell is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 25th district. Born in 1990 in Woodbridge, Virginia, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in public policy from the College of William & Mary and a Master of Public Administration from American University. Before her election to the House of Delegates in 2021, she worked as a district director for U.S. Representative Gerry Connolly and as chief of staff to the chair of the Prince William Board of County Supervisors. Sewell is a strong advocate for economic policies including paid parental leave, paid sick leave, and affordable healthcare.
