Brooks Arcand-Paul is a Canadian politician and lawyer serving as the Member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta for Edmonton-West Henday. A member of the Alberta New Democratic Party, he was elected in May 2023 and currently serves as the Shadow Minister for Indigenous Relations. Raised on the Alexander First Nation, he holds degrees in sociology and political science from the University of Alberta and a law degree from the University of Ottawa. Prior to his legislative career, he practiced law in Aboriginal, employment, and commercial sectors and served as vice-president of the Indigenous Bar Association.
