Brunilda Mersini is an Albanian politician and obstetrician-gynecologist currently serving as the Mayor of Vlorë, a position she has held since November 2025. Prior to her mayoral tenure, she had a distinguished career in healthcare, serving as the director of the Regional Hospital of Vlorë from 2014 to 2025. Mersini also served as a member of the Vlorë Municipal and Regional Councils and briefly held a seat in the Parliament of Albania in 2025 before resigning to pursue her mayoral candidacy.
