Budi Gunadi Sadikin is an Indonesian politician and banker who has served as the Minister of Health of Indonesia since 2020. Before entering government, he held various high-level executive positions in the banking sector, including serving as the President Director of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. He is notable for being one of the few Health Ministers in Indonesian history to come from a non-medical background. During his tenure, he has focused on managing the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including addressing critical medical supply shortages.
