Bùi Mạnh Khoa

Bui Manh Khoa is a Vietnamese politician and a member of the 15th National Assembly representing Thanh Hoa province, serving as a full-time member of the Committee on Legal Affairs of the National Assembly. Born in Ngoc Trao commune, Thach Thanh district, Thanh Hoa province, he holds a Master of Laws degree and advanced political theory credentials. Before his election to the National Assembly, he built a long career in the judicial and party apparatus of Thanh Hoa province, working in the provincial People's Court, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council, serving as Deputy Secretary of the Quan Son District Party Committee, and heading the Thanh Hoa Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.
