Burcu Köksal is a Turkish politician currently serving as the Mayor of Afyonkarahisar. A lawyer by profession, she previously served as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey representing Afyonkarahisar from 2015 to 2024. During her parliamentary tenure, she was a member of the Republican People's Party (CHP) and served as a deputy leader. In 2024, she was elected as the first female mayor of Afyonkarahisar. In May 2026, she resigned from the CHP and joined the Justice and Development Party (AK Party).
