Ceyda Bölünmez Çankırı

Ceyda Bölünmez Çankırı is a Turkish politician and businesswoman serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly for the Justice and Development Party (AK Party). First elected in 2015, she has represented Mardin and later Izmir in the 26th, 27th, and 28th parliamentary terms. Çankırı made history in 2017 as the first female Administrative Chief in the history of the Turkish Republic. Her political career includes leadership roles in the AK Party's social policy, human rights, and local government departments. She is noted for her advocacy in social welfare, environmental sustainability, and vocational training projects, while maintaining conservative views on family structure and social issues.
