Min Byung-duk is a South Korean politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly, representing the Dongan-gu Gap district in Anyang. A graduate of Seoul National University, he began his career as a human rights lawyer, gaining prominence for his advocacy during the 2008 candlelight protests and his work on housing welfare and tenant protection laws. Before his election to the National Assembly in 2020, he served as a legal advisor for various civic and political organizations, including the campaign of former Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon. Throughout his legislative career, he has focused on economic justice, housing policy, and the rights of small business owners.
