Céline Brulin

Céline Brulin is a French politician serving as a Senator for the Seine-Maritime department. An architect by training, she began her political career as a municipal councillor in Bolbec and later served as a regional councillor for Haute-Normandie and Normandy, where she held the position of vice-president. She entered the Senate in 2018 and was re-elected in 2020. In 2025, she was appointed as a secretary of the Senate. Throughout her career, she has been a prominent member of the Communist, Republican, Citizen and Ecologist group, focusing on issues related to culture, education, and public health.
