César Carrero

César Carrero Aristizábal is a Venezuelan politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly representing the state of Mérida. A member of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, he also holds the position of Vice Minister for Communal and Social Organization and Participation. Carrero previously served as a substitute deputy in the National Assembly and was elected to his current term for the 2021-2026 period. During his tenure, he has been involved in legislative initiatives, including efforts to advance the Water Law.
