César Valenzuela Maass

César Valenzuela Maass is a Chilean lawyer and politician born on January 5, 1989, in Santiago, Chile. A member of the Socialist Party, he rose to prominence as a student leader during the 2006 Penguin Revolution before being elected as a member of the Constitutional Convention in 2021 to represent the 9th District of the Metropolitan Region. Throughout his career, he has also worked in labor law and public administration, serving in roles related to crime prevention and victim support within government programs.
