Antonio Rivas Villalobos

José Antonio Rivas Villalobos is a Chilean politician and educator currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile for the 20th District. Before his election to the national legislature in 2025, he served as the mayor of Chiguayante for three consecutive terms from 2012 to 2024. A member of the Socialist Party, Rivas previously held positions as a municipal councilman and worked as a music educator and community organizer in the Biobío Region. He is known for his focus on municipal administration and environmental conservation initiatives.
