Carine Werner

Carine Werner is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Arizona Senate, representing the 4th district. A member of the Republican Party, she previously served on the Scottsdale Unified School District School Board. Werner was elected to the state senate in the 2024 general election after defeating incumbent Democratic Senator Christine Marsh. In her current legislative role, she serves as the Chair of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee and as vice-chair of the Education Committee. Werner immigrated to the United States with her family as a child and is a resident of Arizona.
