Carl Nicolas Cellona Cari is a Filipino politician serving as the representative for the Fifth District of Leyte in the Philippine House of Representatives. Elected at age 26, he succeeded his father, Jose Carlos Cari, and has since focused on legislative initiatives concerning education, youth development, and infrastructure. His policy work includes authoring the Malasakit Centers Act and advocating for scholarship programs for the dependents of uniformed personnel. Prior to his congressional career, he served as President of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation and the Liga ng mga Barangay in Baybay City.
