Carl Walker Metzgar

Carl Walker Metzgar is an American politician serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 69th Legislative District. First elected in 2008, he represents parts of Somerset and Bedford counties. Beyond his legislative duties, Metzgar is a practicing attorney and a member of the Somerset County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He holds degrees in political science and criminal justice from Frostburg State University and earned his law degree from Duquesne University, where he was recognized for his excellence in trial advocacy. In the state legislature, he has served on committees including Ethics, Consumer Affairs, and Liquor Control.
