Carlos Eduardo Gutiérrez Mancilla is a Mexican politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies for the 66th Congress, having assumed office on September 1, 2024. He holds the position of President of the Youth Commission within the Chamber. A member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), he has held significant leadership roles in youth politics, including serving as the national president of the Red Jóvenes x México and as president of the youth wing of the Permanent Conference of Political Parties of Latin America and the Caribbean (COPPPAL). Before his election, he worked as an advisor in the Secretariat of the Field for the government of Chiapas and was active in agrarian youth organizations.
