Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici is a Maltese politician and Member of the House of Representatives representing the Nationalist Party. Born in Floriana in 1960 and educated at the University of Malta, he has previously served in key ministerial posts including Minister for Justice and Home Affairs. In addition to his legislative career, he works as a senior lecturer in Roman Law and has authored several publications on politics and law.
