Carmen Cisneros is a Venezuelan politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly representing the state of Miranda. She is affiliated with the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and was elected to the VI Legislature of the National Assembly for the 2026–2031 term. Her legislative work focuses on the political agenda of the Gran Polo Patriótico Simón Bolívar coalition within the Venezuelan parliament.
