Carol Dalby

Carol Dalby is an American politician serving as a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing the 100th District. An attorney by profession, she holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Throughout her career, she has been a prominent community leader, serving on boards for the Texarkana Arkansas School District and various regional commissions. Notably, she became the first woman to chair the House Judiciary Committee and has focused her legislative efforts on domestic violence prevention and education funding.
