Carol Miller is an American politician, educator, and farmer serving as the U.S. Representative for West Virginia's 1st congressional district since 2023. Previously, she represented the state's 3rd district from 2019 to 2023 and served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 2007 to 2019. A member of the Republican Party, Miller holds conservative views, supporting an America First trade policy and opposing free trade agreements that she believes send jobs overseas. She currently serves on the House Committee on Ways and Means.
