Carol Spackman Moss

Carol Spackman Moss is an American politician serving as a member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing the 34th district. First elected in 2000, she has maintained a long tenure in the state legislature, where she previously served as the Assistant Minority Whip from 2004 to 2010. Before entering politics, Moss spent nearly 30 years as an English teacher at Olympus High School in Holladay, Utah. She holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Utah and has focused her legislative work on education and transportation policy.
