Caroline Harris Davila is an American politician serving as a member of the Texas House of Representatives for District 52 since 2023. Born in 1993, she holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Thomas Edison State College and a master's degree in Public Affairs from the LBJ School at the University of Texas at Austin. Before her election, she worked as a policy adviser for State Senator Bryan Hughes. Upon entering the legislature, she became the youngest Republican woman ever elected to the body and was recognized by the Republican caucus as the Freshman Legislator of the Year.
