Carolys Pérez is a Venezuelan politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly. She previously held the position of Minister for Women and Gender Equality from 2020 to 2021 and served as the Deputy Secretary of the National Constituent Assembly starting in 2017. Throughout her career, she has held various public administration roles, including serving as Vice Minister for the Social Protection of Women's Rights. In 2018, she was sanctioned by the Canadian government for her involvement in the political administration of Venezuela.
