Carsten Körber

Carsten Körber is a German politician and a member of the Bundestag representing the state of Saxony since 2013. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he has held significant roles within the parliament, including serving on the Budget Committee and the Audit Committee, which he chaired starting in 2021. Throughout his tenure, he has acted as a rapporteur for various federal ministries and institutions, including the Federal Foreign Office and the Federal Ministry of Research. Beyond his legislative duties, he served on the supervisory board of the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) from 2018 to 2025.
