Carsten Müller

Carsten Müller is a German politician and lawyer who has served as a member of the Bundestag since 2005, with a brief hiatus between 2009 and 2013. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he has held various committee assignments, including roles on the Committee on Legal Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Committee on Economic Affairs and Energy. Beyond his legislative work, he is known for his advocacy for the protection of antique cars and his support for same-sex marriage, a position that diverged from his party's majority in 2017. Before entering politics, he worked as a banker and managed a medium-sized company in the meat industry.
