Chan Foong Hin is a Malaysian politician and chemical engineer who has served as the Member of Parliament for Kota Kinabalu since 2018. A member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), he has held various government positions, including Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Security and Deputy Minister of Plantation and Commodities. Prior to his federal career, he served as a member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Sri Tanjong from 2013 to 2018. He currently holds leadership roles within the DAP, serving as the party's National Policy Director and State Deputy Chairman for Sabah.
