주철현

Cheol-hyeon Ju is a South Korean politician and former prosecutor currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly, representing the Yeosu-si Gap constituency. Before entering national politics, he served as the 6th Mayor of Yeosu from 2014 to 2018. His career began in the legal field, where he held various high-ranking positions within the prosecution service, including Chief Prosecutor of the Changwon and Gwangju District Prosecutors' Offices. As a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, he has been active in legislative committees focusing on agriculture, food, rural affairs, and oceans, and has held significant party leadership roles, including serving as a member of the Supreme Council.
