Dong-a Kim is a South Korean politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the 22nd National Assembly, representing the Seodaemun-gu Gap constituency in Seoul. A graduate of Konkuk University, he passed the 53rd Bar Examination and previously worked as a lawyer at the law firm Bae, Kim & Lee. Before his election, he was active in the Democratic Party of Korea, serving in various legal and policy advisory roles, including as a legal team leader for Lee Jae-myung's 20th presidential campaign. Since taking office in 2024, he has served on the National Assembly's Trade, Industry, Energy, SMEs and Startups Committee and the Legislation and Judiciary Committee.
