Chris Banning

Chris Banning is an American politician serving as a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives for the 24th district since 2022. A veteran of the United States Air Force, he served from 1993 to 1997 and participated in Operation Provide Comfort. Outside of his legislative duties, he is the CEO of Banning Investment Group. In office, Banning has aligned himself with conservative educational policies, including supporting efforts to reject certain information literacy standards in schools. He resides in Bixby, Oklahoma, with his wife and their six children.
