Chris Muraoka is an American businessman and politician currently serving as a member of the Hawaii House of Representatives for the 45th district, representing part of west Oahu since 2024. Born and raised in Waianae, he founded SureCan LLC, a company providing labor contracting services. Before his election to the state legislature, Muraoka served on the Waianae neighborhood board. During his 2024 campaign, he focused on addressing homelessness, violent crime, and education, ultimately flipping his district to the Republican Party.
