Chris Poulos is an American educator and politician currently serving as a member of the Connecticut House of Representatives for the 81st district. First elected in 2022 by a narrow one-vote margin, he was subsequently re-elected in 2024. Before his legislative career, Poulos worked as a Spanish teacher at Joel Barlow High School in Redding, Connecticut. In 2007, he was recognized for his professional contributions when he was selected as the Connecticut Teacher of the Year.
