Christian Bernreiter is a German politician currently serving as the Bavarian State Minister for Housing, Construction and Transport. A member of the Christian Social Union (CSU), he has represented the Deggendorf constituency in the Bavarian Landtag since 2023. Prior to his state-level roles, Bernreiter served as the District Administrator (Landrat) of Deggendorf from 2002 to 2022 and held the presidency of the Bavarian District Association. He is also the chairman of the CSU district association in Lower Bavaria.
