Christian Haase

Christian Haase is a German politician and a member of the Bundestag representing the North Rhine-Westphalia region since 2013. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he serves as his parliamentary group's spokesperson for the national budget and is a key member of the Budget Committee. His legislative work includes oversight of Germany's armed forces special fund and intelligence services. Haase has previously expressed conservative positions, including voting against the introduction of same-sex marriage in 2017.
