Christine Lavarde

Christine Lavarde is a French politician and engineer who has served as a Senator for the Hauts-de-Seine department since 2017. A member of The Republicans, she previously served as a municipal councillor in Boulogne-Billancourt starting in 2008. Within the Senate, she has focused on public finance, natural disaster insurance regimes, and digital crisis management. She is also known for her work on the Senate delegation for foresight and her involvement in various investigative commissions regarding state agencies and public policy.
