Christof Seymann is an Austrian politician and member of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ). Born in 1961 in Salzburg, he is a trained forestry engineer who spent much of his professional career working for the Austrian Service for Torrent and Avalanche Control. He has served as a municipal councilor in Treffen am Ossiacher See since 2011 and was elected to the Carinthia Landtag in 2018, where he focuses on infrastructure, water management, and environmental policy. In June 2026, he announced his intention to retire from his parliamentary mandate.
