Clara Luz Flores Carrales is a Mexican politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. Born in Monclova, Coahuila, she previously served as the municipal president of General Escobedo for three terms between 2009 and 2020. A former long-time member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), she resigned in 2020 and later joined the National Regeneration Movement (Morena).
