Clarice Mukinda is an Angolan politician and educator currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Angola. Affiliated with the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA), she has held her parliamentary seat since September 2017, representing the national constituency. Before entering politics, she worked as a French teacher and served as the president of the Institute for Development and Democracy (IDD) from 2006 to 2011. She holds a degree in Education Sciences with a specialization in French.
