Claudia Sánchez Juárez

Claudia Sánchez Juárez is a Mexican politician currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the 18th district of the State of Mexico. A law graduate from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, she previously served multiple terms in the Chamber of Deputies as a member of the National Action Party (PAN) before joining the Ecologist Green Party of Mexico (PVEM) in 2024. Sánchez Juárez is a prominent activist for women's rights, notably leading initiatives to reform civil codes to penalize vicarious violence.
