Clifford Small is a Canadian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for the riding of Coast of Bays—Central—Notre Dame. First elected in 2021, he became the first Conservative MP from Newfoundland and Labrador in several years. Small has served as the Shadow Minister for Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard since 2022. Before entering politics, he worked in engineering design and operated a fishing business and several restaurants. He was re-elected to his seat in 2025.
